Nearly purple in colour, the nose greets you with Earthy aromas along with fresh ground coffee over caramelizing plum, berries, and red fruits. Candied alomnds lead into scents of cinnamon spice and warm cloves.
On the palate the fruit really takes flight with sweet grapes, red cherries, blood orange and grapefruit citrus. Cracked black pepper mingles with a classy caramel notes and honey creating an oily and jammy mouthfeel. The finish is sweet and packed with a spicy heat with a sharp, yet beautiful, bitter ness.
